Best Ans in Interview

                                     Tell me about yourself.

TRAPS:  Beware, about 80% of all interviews begin with this “innocent” question. Many candidates, unprepared for the question, skewer themselves by rambling, recapping their life story, delving into ancient work history or personal matters.

As you’ve said you need someone with a strong background in ( domain name).  This is where I’ve spent almost 4 years of my Btech, so I’ve chalked up 4 years of experience exactly in this area.  I believe that I know the right  methods, principles, and successful management techniques as well as any person can for an  industry. I may be a fresher in ( company name) but I believe that what I learned and experienced as a student of Vignan would really match your expectations.

Where do you see yourself five years from now?

.
BEST ANSWER:   Reassure your interviewer that you’re looking to make a long-term commitment…that this position entails exactly what you’re looking to do and what you do extremely well.  As for your future, you believe that if you perform each job at hand with excellence, future opportunities will take care of themselves.
Example:  “I am definitely interested in making a long-term commitment to my next position.  Judging by what you’ve told me about this position, it’s exactly what I’m looking for and what I am very well qualified to do.  In terms of my future career path, I’m confident that if I do my work with excellence, opportunities will inevitable open up for me.  It’s always been that way in my career, and I’m confident I’ll have similar opportunities here.”

Describe your ideal company, location and job.

BEST ANSWER:  The only right answer is to describe what this company is offering, being sure to make your answer believable with specific reasons, stated with sincerity, why each quality represented by this opportunity is attractive to you.
If you do not express genuine enthusiasm for the firm, its culture, location, industry, etc., you may fail to answer this “Avis” complex objection and, as a result, leave the interviewer suspecting that a hot shot like you, coming from a Fortune 500 company in New York, just wouldn’t be happy at an unknown manufacturer based in Topeka, Kansas.

Why do you want to work at our company?

TRAPS:  This question tests whether you’ve done any homework about the firm.  If you haven’t, you lose.  If you have, you win big.
BEST ANSWER:   This question is your opportunity to hit the ball out of the park, thanks to the in-depth research you should do before any interview.
Best sources for researching your target company:  annual reports, the corporate newsletter, contacts you know at the company or its suppliers, advertisements, articles about the company in the trade press.

What are your career options right now?

BEST ANSWER:  Prepare for this question by thinking of how you can position yourself as a desired commodity.
“ I was eagerly waiting for TCS drive and when I came to know that TCS is coming for the recruitments I jumped with joy as its my dream company .

What good books have you read lately?

Consider it part of the work of your job search to read up on a few of these leading books.  But make sure they are quality books that reflect favorably upon you, nothing that could even remotely be considered superficial.  Finally, add a recently published bestselling .

                        What are your outside interests?

BEST ANSWERS:  Try to gauge how this company’s culture would look upon your favorite outside activities and be guided accordingly.
But above all, remember that your employer is hiring your for what you can do for him, not your family, yourself or outside organizations, no matter how admirable those are.

Attachments along with a resume

Are there any attachments that can accompany your resume? Or, is it all alone fighting to secure an interview for you? Looks like it.
Covering letter
Not necessary, but a good idea.If your resume is simple and straightforward, you may not need a cover letter.
On the other hand, if you would like to “talk to” the recruiter before the selection process starts, you do this through cover letter. You can include certain information that does not belong in a resume in a cover letter.Remember to make this sound and look like a letter: address it to a person, mention clearly the position you’re applying for, tell him/ her about how you heard about the opportunity, include any explanation that can’t fit in a resume, include your contact information and address and sign it.

Is that so info
Avoid any information that makes the recruiter think “Is that so?”, “really?” or “No kidding!” This includes but is not limited to “references available upon request”, “available for an interview” or “send an email for any clarifications”. These are all understood by default and can earn you a “smart ass” tag. Believe me, you don’t want that.

Are you applying for a role in a movie/ TV series/ modeling? If no, then no

How Touchscreen Works ??

touchscreen is an electronic visual display that the user
can control through simple or multi-touch gestures by touching the screen with one or more fingers. Some touchscreens can also detect objects such as a stylus or ordinary or specially coated gloves.

Touchscreens are common in devices such as game consoles, all-in-one computers, tablet computers, and smartphones. They also play a prominent role in the design of digital appliances such as personal digital assistants (PDAs), satellite navigation devices, mobile phones, and video games.

Working of Touch Screen Are very Interesting. Here's How they Work:

There are three basic systems of Touch Screen:

1. Resistive System
2. Capacitive System
3. Surface Wave acoustic

The RESISTIVE SYSTEM consists of a normal glass panel that is

covered with a conductive and a resistive metallic layer.
These two layers are held apart by spacers, and a
scratch-resistant layer is placed on top of the whole setup.
An electrical current runs through the two layers while the
monitor is operational. When a user touches the screen, the
two layers make contact in that exact spot. The change in
the electrical field is noted and the coordinates of the point
of contact are calculated by the computer. Once the coordinates
are known, a special driver translates the touch into
something that the operating system can understand.
Working Of Resistive Touch Screen !!!

In the CAPACITIVE SYSTEM, a layer that stores electrical charge

is placed on the glass panel of the monitor. When a user touche
s the monitor with his or her finger, some of the charge is
transferred to the user, so the charge on the capacitive layer
 decreases. This decrease is
measured in circuits located at each corner of the monitor. The
computer calculates, from the relative differences in charge at
each corner, exactly where the touch event took place and then
relays that information to the touch-screen driver software.
One advantage that the capacitive system has over the resistive
system is that it transmits almost 90 percent of the light from
the monitor, whereas the resistive system only transmits about
75 percent. This gives the capacitive system a much clearer
 picture than the resistive system
Working Of Capacitive Touch Screen !!!

The SURFACE WAVE ACOUSTIC SYSTEM works with help of wave energy.

This enables a touch to transform into another form of energy and deliver the command which in response perform the desired action. A Pair of
transducers is placed on glass plate sides. In the Glass Plates
there are reflectors. On touching the screen wave produced and
which transforms into energy for fulfilling the command. It tells where on the screen touch is detected.
